This is a 12-bedroom, 8-bathroom house/building in Medellin, Colombia. It is designed to provide short- or long-term housing for Colombians and non-Colombians alike who are new to Medellin and/or in transition and need a place to stay for at least a month.

As you can see, it’s a pretty big building.
The first floor has a restaurant lounge feel and houses a communal dining room and kitchen,laundry room, and 2 bathrooms. The 2nd and 3rd floors are both 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments….so that’s where we have 10 furnished rooms for rent. The 4th floor is a large, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, luxury apartment that is occasionally available to rent. And the 5th floor is a beautiful terrace with a 360 view of Medellin, steam room, and BBQ area.

We have a great corner location in a great neighborhood. Less than 5-minutes walking distance to supermarkets, banks, health club (BodyTech Laureles), restaurants (Corral, tons of café and restaurants along Avenida 33), but best of all, right in front of our building, is a huge, public sports complex called, La Unidad Deportiva de Belen.
